ORGANIZATION

Registration and starting time
Registration will be opened around 17:30 GMT and will be closed around 18:00 GMT or as soon as the tournament moderators decide. More or less 10 minutes after registration is closed, the mods will anounce and post the games that have to be played. Please keep the chat screen clear for the mod's messages to be easier to read for the rest of the players.

Tournament lenght
These tournaments usually last between 4 and 6 hours up to stage three (semi finals), this is why this semi-final, final and 3d place games can be played during the next day.

Timekeeping
Unless you are playing another game of this tournament, the mods have the right to remove you from the player list after 10 minutes of waiting for you.

You will be able to see the registered players and the tree showing the tournament progress in the "tournaments" section of our league page (http://www.normalnonoobs.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

SETTINGS AND RULES

Game settings

Valid scheme
NNN-Intermediate-luckless
This is very much alike the standard Intermediate scheme that comes with the game, but it has some small differences:
-Cluster grenade power is 2.
-Mortar power is 2.
-Crate per turn probability is 0 (no crates will appear during the game).
-Dud mines are off (all mines explode 3 seconds after the activation).

Click here to download the scheme

Other settings
-You are not allowed to change any of the scheme settings, except the number of victories when you are told to.
-One team with 8 worms per player.
-2 victories (a "best of 3" game) for most games, except for filter games that will be played at 1 victory, and the final and 3d place games that will be played at 3 victories ("best of 5" game).
-The games have to be hosted at #Anything Goes or #Ropers heaven (Being AG more popular) for rope and bungee knocks to be possible.
-Remember that rope/bungee knocking is allowed.

In-Game rules

Map choice
The terrain has to be one randomly generated by the in-game editor, try to select terrains that minimize the number of easy kills and big piles during the first turns of the round.

Play fair
Respect the first-turn-order, don't choose terrains trying to maximize the positive effect of you starting a round or to reduce the positive effect of the other wormer starting a round. Don't quit the game after each round, because besides being annoying it is suspicious. Also you shouldn't change your team, worms name, worms order and/or special weapon between rounds, it is very lame.

Forbidden bugs (Remember that rope/bungee knocking is allowed)

* Bungee from Jet Pack (unless both players clearly agreed on allowing this).
* Bow/bat/rope angle modifications.
* Walking on top of the indestructible barrier of a cave.
* Skip walking using the mouse.
* Floating weapon glitch
* Jumping from Pneumatic Drill
* Jumping after teleporting (turning around after teleporting is allowed because it doesn't change the worm position).

(Bugs that were fixed in W:A updates up to 3.6.29 are also forbidden)

Allowed bugs and tricks
Here is a list of allowed bugs and tricks that sometimes are considered bugs that are allowed because they either do not really affect the gameplay or it gets too hard to determine whether they were used intentionally:

* Napalm strike to turn off petrol fire.
* Bazooka and other missiles through thin walls.
* Dragon Ball throgh thin walls.
* Multiple firepunch hits on the same worm.
* Shotgun and other guns through worms.
* Supersheep or any kind of missile shot above the indestructible layer of a closed map.
* Rope and bungee knocks.
* Cluster/Mortar abuse and suicide.
* Hitting more than 1 worm with bow.
* Double poisoning with one skunk.

Additional notes

* Every game can count also as an ONL game if both players are in agreement with it.
* You can already leave here your registration message saying if you can host or not.
* Nobody will play next stage without upload the replays of previous game to this thread or, without send it to nnnclan@gmail.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

-After a season testing the tourney points awards, the NNN clan decided to remove it. So, at least this season, none of the 3 NNN tourneys will award ONL points.
-Keep in mind that, at least in the major European countries, the current time will be delayed 1hr in the earlier hours of Sunday.
-Don't forget to mention if you can host or not, if you want to leave here your registration.

Spend a nice Sunday evening at our funny Intermediate Party! Bring your friends! :wink:

I'm sorry chuvash :/
It's always very hard, to not say impossible, to please everyone about the tourney hour when we have people all around the world.
In the previous tourneys, where the time was at 16GMT we had a lot complains too. Mainly for (South) American peoples where it was at launch time (Sunday, family...). So we thought at this time in a try to please a maximum number of players. It's better for South Americans, for Europeans the tourney will delay only 1 hour because the clock will backward 1 hour the early hours of Sunday, and it's not sooo late for some Russian players. For example in Moscow will be GMT +3. So, not so late if we remember that semis and finals can be allowed to play next day.
But there will be always hard cases, like your, Dark'x'Lord, and some mores. We have pity be we should try to please the majority. :|

As I said it's impossible to please all!
I think it's better to avoid the tourney starts time be at 12:00 or 13:00 of Sunday to all South American players, than avoid that some players start it at 21:00.
We must make a trade off here. And I still think 21:00 it's not too late. Most probably, to reach the semis, you only need to play 2 bo3 games. So, probably at 23:00 you are done if you own both games. If you tell me then that it's too late to go on, you are allowed to play semis at Monday.
