This time something more elaborate. Have fun.

Placement: 2 red worms in red tube; 5 blue worms in blue tubes
Objective: Kill all blue worms using red worms and maximum 4 turns.
Things you should know: No retreat time (doesnt affect Mine); some things are very precise (doesnt mean luck based).

Kudos goes to KRD for helping me notice few bugs.

I hope theres no alternative way, though would be nice to see some weird stuff i missed
I wont set dealine unless i see some progress. Hope you enjoy

Mablak is first who solved the challenge. There was some silly bug i missed ;s So if you feel like you want to try fixed version, its already added in main post.
