Skinflint roping

Post by Dario »

Skiflint roping!:

Teleport to the start, attach your rope to the first target and without falling try to attach the rope to the second target. Do the same from 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and so on until the end.

If you ever attach the rope to anything but the correct target, you teleport back to the last target you successfully reached. If you fail to reach the correct target (for example you fall) you also teleport back to the last target you reached, even if you lost your turn in the attemp, so the next turn will be used only to teleport back to the previous target.

If you play it online, don't forget to type /race before you start the game (as the host) so that worms won't block other worms.

Awesome!!!

I got upper parcours alone in 13 min. Pretty hard. But the other map was unbelievable. Spot 5 was monster :0

I saw pirates became despirat because of this spot :p

Yes, Crysis showed me last week, unfortunatelly didn't have more time to play it with him. (Very nice thinking Daz,btw!!!)
But i must say it's an excelent idea to make roping accesible to normalers, and it's something we can always use in caverns. Gotta try mexis too :P

But isn't this supposed to be named with race at end? IT is a race besides good training, right?

PS: Josch, stop talking about pirates, you will get DT interested :P
Even my clock at morning sounds ''tac-tic'' instead of ''tic-tac''.

The scheme is really cool, nice idea, Daz! It is exciting to race 1vs1 or 1vs1vs1 on the map. Would be nice to have more maps though.

Yes, the name can be modified if a cool, descriptive and short one comes up. Hopefully without the word "roperace" in it, because people are used to roperace=tapp-o-metter schemes, and this is kind of the exact opposite to that.

May be something like a "point race" or "step race" "point to point race"="p2p race"?

Haha, what a shame, scheme creator chickened out badly from his own scheme game. Crysis, if we go to play this scheme again never call Daz. (j/k)
