I can't report 1:0 dudes, because it wasn't bo1 game. Bo1's are very random, because usually who wins first round, wins the game (and draws are kinda rare I guess). 2:0 will be a fair result as for agreed bo3 (because it actually was bo3 to be played), don't you think?
